Personal Finance Lab – A Real World Simulation

“I am so thankful to have received the Creative Impact Grant- my students are now able to experience a real-world simulation of how the stock market works as well as in its varied capacities.” -Rana

Rana Daniels is a teacher at Rogers High School and because of the TPS Foundation Creative Impact Grant of $1,890, students in her classroom are learning how the stock market works though real-life simulation software called Personal Finance Lab.

This year alone, nearly 50 students are using the software in her various business courses such as – Introduction to Financial Management, Business Accounting Tech 1 and Business Accounting Tech 2. The software will be used for years to come!

We love supporting innovative ideas like this in the classroom that will enhance the learning experience of students. Great work, Rana!
