When you step into Meagan’s classroom you get a warm welcome from all of her students. Meagan is a special education teacher at Start High School where she teaches reading, vocational, music, math and life skills. Through the Creative Impact Grant, Meagan was able to purchase a dresser, where each student has their own drawer to keep personal items, bed with linens, a couch as well as a table and chairs.
We visited Meagan’s class room in November and her students were very excited about the new additions to the classroom!
