Adam grew up in a small town in Northwest Ohio, just west of Fort Wayne, Indiana. And although he is not a Toledo Public Schools alumni, he is a proud supporter of TPS as well as the TPS Foundation.
During high school Adam not only worked part-time for his grandad, but he was actively involved in sports. He played football, basketball and baseball for all four years of high school. Some of his best memories comes from his collective time playing sports with his friends.
His post-secondary education brought him to Toledo as he attended the University of Toledo majoring in Marketing. After obtaining his bachelor’s degree Adam continued his education at the University of Toledo as he pursued his law degree.
“What I enjoyed most about UT was getting to meet and make friends with a much more diverse student body at a major university that still had a small-school feel.”
His first job out of college was for a United States Bankruptcy Judge as a federal law clerk. Now Adam is an associate attorney at Diller & Rice, LLC. He has helped countless number of clients successfully navigate their way through what can be a very tough and challenging bankruptcy process.
Adam is happily married for over four years and has two great dogs. In his spare time he enjoys all forms of exercise – whether it is biking, running, swimming, lifting weights, he enjoys it all. One of his favorite things to do each spring is planting his garden.
Adam wanted to give back to the community which he has been a part of for almost fifteen years, so joining the TPS Foundation Board was a no brainer for him.
“A successful community needs a successful public school system, and a strong and vibrant foundation is one of the easiest ways to invest in the future of our community and public school system.”
We cannot thank Adam enough for his dedication to the TPS Foundation!
