On February 19, 2020 The Foundation in partnership with Owens Corning held their second meeting with the AVID students at Bowsher High School.
The objective: Inspire TPS students to “dream bigger” by exposure to limitless career opportunities in their community and supplementing career readiness programs. Their second lesson – Mock Interviews.

Owens Corning had the desire to bring their expertise and resources into the classroom for our students to receive real hands on business training and learning experiences from their amazingly, talented staff. We were honored to have three individuals from Owens Corning in the classroom in February!
We welcomed this opportunity with open arms because our students need this connection in their curriculum. There were a couple students in the classroom whom either had an interview that evening or had one scheduled for the weekend.
