As the Vice President of Inclusion & Diversity at Owens Corning, Brandon leads a global team focused on building a culture of belonging, fairness, and opportunity. With more than 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, DEI strategy, early-career development, and diversity partnerships, Brandon has a proven track record of driving meaningful change across sectors.
His mission to create a diverse pipeline of future leaders aligns perfectly with the Foundation’s commitment to supporting Toledo Public Schools students.
